Ganga Talao or Grand Bassin is a crater lake situated in a secluded mountain area in the district of Savanne, deep in the heart of Mauritius. It is about 1800 feet above sea level.
The Seven Coloured Earth(s) (Terres des Sept Couleurs in French) are a geological formation and prominent tourist attraction found in the Chamarel plain, in the Rivière Noire District of south-western Mauritius.
Set in a tropical rain forest, with exotic palm trees, fresh springs and local fauna and flora. Securely locked in enclosures, crocodiles are grouped according to age and specie from Africa and the neighbouring islands.
